Earn points on every RISE purchase you make after discounts, promos and before tax.

Each point you earn is worth 3 cents in RISE Rewards. 100 Points = $3 in Rewards.

Points can be redeemed in increments of 100 for a discount on a qualifying purchase equal to 3% of the Point total. Points have no cash value outside of RISE Dispensaries and cannot be exchanged for cash.

NOTE: Rhode Island discount is equal to 5% of the Point total.

You can start redeeming as soon as you have accrued 100 points or $3 in RISE Rewards.

NOTE: Rhode Island point value is 100 points = $5 in RISE Rewards

You can redeem your points for rewards in increments of 100 points by applying them to your purchase with an in-store associate at any RISE location.

NOTE: Ohio Medical and Adult Use shoppers can only redeem rewards on non-cannabis products.

Rewards members in Pennsylvania and Rhode Island, you can redeem your points at any RISE Dispensary in the same state for which those points were earned.

Rewards members in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts (medical), Minnesota, New Jersey, New York (medical), Nevada, Ohio, Virginia can use their points at any RISE Dispensary in the nation (excluding Pennsylvania and Rhode Island).

You are allowed to use points across state lines if you are a Rewards member in any of the participating states: California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts (medical), Minnesota, New Jersey, New York (medical), Nevada, Ohio, and Virginia.

You can check your points when logged into your RISE Rewards account

Yes, your points will expire 180 days after they are earned for all transactions. Points cannot be reissued or redeemed after they have expired.

NOTE: certain bonus point activities will have varying expiration dates and timing

Once points are applied, they cannot be reimbursed on returned purchases. Please see a store associate for any credit on a returned purchase

Please allow up to 72 hours for your points to populate in your account. If you don’t see them populate after 72 hours, please reach out to Rewards Support at rewardssupport@risecannabis.com. Bonus points may not appear on your account at the same time.
